Job Description
Job title: Marketing Intern Role Summary: Support the marketing team in executing integrated digital and offline campaigns for luxury hospitality properties. Provide operational assistance in email, web, data analysis, design, and event preparation, contributing to strategy development for upcoming hotel openings. Expectations: - Complete work within a 6‑month internship term starting January 2026. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with hotel marketing teams, sales and design units. - Deliver accurate, timely reports and creative assets following brand guidelines. Key responsibilities: - Manage email marketing workflows, newsletters and inbox analytics. - Update website content, create practical guides and provide post‑launch support. - Assist in planning, launching and monitoring online advertising campaigns; compile performance reports and KPI dashboards. - Contribute to strategic marketing plans for new property launches (digital/offline elements, pitch decks, printed collateral). - Design visual materials for marketing and sales (presentations, invitations, merchandise). - Organize client gifting and promotional merchandise inventory. - Track luxury/hospitality market trends and benchmark competitor activities. - Produce internal social‑network posts to support intra‑company communication. Required skills: - Strong written and verbal communication. - Creative, detail‑oriented and autonomous. - Proficient with digital marketing tools (email platforms, web CMS, analytics). - Basic graphic design capability (Adobe CC or similar). - Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. - Team‑player attitude with positive, respectful demeanor. Required education & certifications: - Current university student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business or related field. - Knowledge of luxury hospitality market preferred. - Certification in digital marketing or analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus.
