What you do
Join our team as a CRM Campaign Specialist
Are you passionate about the Customer experience and ready to take on exciting challenges?
As a CRM Campaign Specialist, your key role will be to support the CRM Manager in fostering customer relationships, by implementing, analyzing, and planning various CRM campaigns with enthusiasm.
You'll work hand in hand with our internal teams to drive customer engagement, refine our strategies, and ensure an optimal customer experience, thereby contributing to the overall happiness of our clientele.
Key responsabilities :
Responsibilities of the Campaign Manager role entail overseeing sports betting or casino games campaigns for Golden Palace.
More specifically:
Developing and executing communication plans for major sports events and casino promotions.
Crafting strategies tailored to various lifecycle stages, including customer segmentation and journey optimization.
Handling end-to-end email campaigns.
Driving customer retention efforts through targeted campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs, leveraging data-driven insights.
Contributing to the development of landing pages, contact forms, and other customer touchpoints.
Conducting A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
Monitoring campaign performance metrics (ROI, conversion rate, etc.) and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Liaising with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure message consistency.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and CRM.
Providing insights and recommendations for the development of the annual roadmap.

You're joining a small team of 3 people within the wonderful Brand & Communication team, where each of the 20 members works with zeal and energy to reach goals. This team embodies the dynamics of collective effort, where everyone contributes their creativity and dedication to achieve feats.
Your manager, Charlotte, the CRM Lead, fosters trust and will quickly grant you autonomy, allowing you to make decisions and act independently while providing necessary support and resources.
Who are you
More than a diploma, it's a personality we are looking for!
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
3-5 years of relevant professional experience in campaign management and CRM.
Mandatory experience with Optimove and/or similar automation platforms (Selligent, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, etc.).
Strong knowledge of HTML and email best practices (dark mode, responsiveness, web writing skills).
Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus.
Experience in the gambling, gaming, sports betting or tech sector is a strong asset.
Proficiency in email marketing and CRM tools.
Familiarity with mobile and web push notifications is a plus.
Digital-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and digital tools.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
Curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit for exploring new opportunities and driving innovation.
Demonstrated creativity and ability to think outside the box.
Proactive team collaboration and results-driven approach.
Notions of SQL or first experience in database management is a plus.
Familiarity with GDPR compliance and data ethics.
