**Job Title** International Business Development Manager **Role Summary** Lead and execute the enterprise go‑to‑market strategy across key European verticals for a digital identity solution provider. Serve as both a senior sales expert and brand ambassador, driving new business from prospecting to closing large, strategic deals while collaborating closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams. **Exper Expectations** - 5+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, or digital identity. - Proven record of closing complex, high‑value deals through long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders. - Deep passion for digital identity, authentication, privacy technologies and staying abreast of industry trends and regulations. - Entrepreneurial mindset, goal‑oriented, adaptable, and a proactive team player in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment. - Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus. **Key Responsibilities** - Own the full enterprise sales cycle: prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close large strategic contracts. - Drive market penetration in target verticals by aligning solutions with clients’ digital identity needs. - Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (C‑level, IT, compliance). - Employ consultative selling techniques to translate technical solutions into clear business value. - Gather and analyse market intelligence—trends, regulations, competitive landscape—to inform strategy. - Partner with product, marketing, and customer success to tailor offerings and exceed client expectations. - Represent the company at industry events, forums, and other networking opportunities to promote brand and generate leads. **Required Skills** - Enterprise sales acumen with complex deal management. - Consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills. - Stakeholder management across multiple decision‑makers. - Ability to translate technical solutions into compelling business cases. - Strong analytical and research capabilities. - Team collaboration and cross‑functional coordination. - Adaptability, ambition, and a strong entrepreneurial drive. - Proficiency in English; additional European language skills advantageous. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, technology, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Enterprise Sales Professional) are a plus but not mandatory.
