**Job Title:** Software Developer – Apprentice (M/F) **Role Summary:** Join an R&D team to contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of management, accounting, and payroll software. Work under the guidance of senior developers, participating in all phases of projects while gaining practical experience toward a potential permanent position. **Expectations:** - Currently enrolled in a 3‑ to 5‑year higher education program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Solid understanding of software development fundamentals. - Eagerness to learn, propose solutions, code, and collaborate within a team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement new functionality for existing applications. - Perform maintenance tasks and continuous improvement of software. - Conduct testing, verification, and validation of deliverables. - Contribute to technical discussions and team knowledge sharing. - Monitor emerging technologies and best practices to keep solutions up‑to‑date. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency or willingness to develop proficiency in C#, C++, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS. - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Effective communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to follow coding standards and documentation practices. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Pursuing a Bachelor’s (Bac+3) to Master’s (Bac+5) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or an equivalent discipline. - No specific certifications required; relevant coursework or projects are advantageous.
