Job Description
Job Title: Sales Manager Role Summary: Lead and expand sales across national retail and e‑retail channels for consumer electronics brands. Drive account growth, negotiate at a national level, and partner cross‑functionally to deliver end‑to‑end performance and operational excellence. Expectations: - Achieve ambitious sales targets and sustain long‑term account growth. - Represent the brand at industry events and maintain strong market presence. - Deliver accurate forecasts, analytics, and proactive improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Grow existing retail channels, strengthen retailer relationships, and optimize performance. - Lead annual negotiations with national retailers (3‑net level) to align with corporate guidelines. - Identify and secure new business opportunities across all brands. - Develop and execute joint business plans with clear KPIs and corrective actions. - Prepare and present monthly sales forecasts and pipeline analyses. - Plan and manage promotional strategies and budgets in collaboration with marketing. - Analyze KPI data to continuously improve performance; identify gaps and opportunities. - Coordinate with finance, warehousing, and logistics to ensure seamless order‑to‑delivery execution. - Champion operational improvements to enhance internal processes and customer experience. - Attend seminars, conferences, and industry events to stay ahead of market trends. Required Skills: - Minimum 5 years in business development/key account management at a national level (consumer electronics or FMCG). - Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel). - Experience with omni‑channel strategies (offline retail + e‑retail). - Strong sense of ownership, teamwork, and accountability. - Adaptability to fast‑paced, lean environments; creative, resilient mindset. - Fluent in French and English. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, marketing, or related field.
