Job Description
**Job Title** Store Supervisor **Role Summary** Supervise day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, visual merchandising, and sales targets are met. Support the Store/Deputy Manager, maintain security and safety, and manage team performance for a 14‑hour weekly schedule. **Expactations** - Passionate about the brand and customer experience. - Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team. - Strong communication, problem‑solving, and commercial awareness. - Adaptable to a fast‑paced, changing environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Represent the retailer positively to customers. - Drive sales and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). - Train and mentor staff, promoting a culture of excellent service. - Uphold visual merchandising, store housekeeping, and visual displays. - Ensure accurate use of company systems and uphold security and safety protocols. - Assume full accountability in the absence of senior management. - Record and reconcile weekly time sheets and report issues to the Retail Support Centre. **Required Skills** - Customer‑service orientation and ability to exceed expectations. - Leadership and team‑development experience. - Proficiency with retail POS and back‑office systems. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle change. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent). - No specific certifications required, though retail or customer‑service qualifications are an advantage.
