Job Description
**Job Title:** Store Supervisor **Role Summary:** Responsible for supporting store management in a 16‑hour weekly role, driving sales and turnover through lean practices, maintaining high levels of customer service, visual merchandising, and team performance. **Expectations:** - Passionate about the brand and exceeding customer expectations. - Result‑driven, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. - Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify and capture sales opportunities. - Adaptable to fast‑moving, changing environments with multiple concurrent tasks. - Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as an ambassador for the store and parent retail group, delivering consistent, high‑quality customer service. - Train and motivate team members to achieve sales KPIs and maintain store standards. - Ensure the security and accuracy of all company systems, and that procedures are followed. - Uphold visual merchandising and housekeeping standards. - Assume full accountability for store safety and security in the absence of the Store/Deputy Manager. - Liaise with the Retail Support Centre on any operational issues. - Assist with weekly timesheet processing and reporting. **Required Skills:** - Strong customer service orientation. - Ability to drive sales and meet KPIs. - Team training and motivation experience. - Excellent communication and collaboration. - Problem‑solving and proactive solution development. - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. - Adaptability to changing priorities and fast pace. - Confidence in maximizing sales opportunities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum high‑school diploma or equivalent. - Retail management or related vocational training preferred. - First aid certification is a plus but not mandatory.
