Job Description
**Job Title** Partnership and Association Life Service Manager **Role Summary** Lead and coordinate the municipal partnership and association life service, enabling the development of over 500 local associations. Manage resources, tools, events, training, and grant coordination to strengthen the partnership network and integrate associative objectives into municipal projects. **Expactations** - Deliver measurable growth in association participation and satisfaction. - Maintain compliance with association regulations and municipal policies. - Foster collaboration across municipal departments and external partners. - Ensure timely execution of events, trainings, and grant processes. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Coordinate the municipal association platform and oversee the grant application process. 2. Design, organize, and facilitate thematic events, trainings, and networking sessions (e.g., Ivry En Fête, Climate Conference, anti‑discrimination initiatives, volunteer engagement). 3. Provide technical and administrative support to associations, including budget management, procedural guidance, and legal compliance. 4. Act as liaison between associations, municipal departments, elected officials, and residents to embed associative priorities into municipal actions. 5. Drive cross‑functional collaboration, promoting tool sharing, resource pooling, and best‑practice exchange among associations. 6. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic municipal objectives. 7. Utilize social media and communication platforms to raise awareness and engage stakeholders. 8. Monitor and report on performance metrics, stakeholder feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Required Skills** - Strong project management and organizational abilities. - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and facilitation skills. - Knowledge of association law, public administration, and municipal funding mechanisms. - Proven experience in managing budgets and administrative procedures. - Ability to lead and inspire a diverse collective, championing change and partnership. - Proficiency with digital communication tools and social media platforms. - Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and adaptability to evolving priorities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (M1 or M2) in public administration, social sciences, nonprofit management, or related field. - Demonstrated professional experience in the associative sector. - Familiarity with French public service regulations is advantageous.
