The Client
My client is a market leading multi-strategy proprietary trading business with offices in London, New York City & Singapore.

They are looking for a very strong quantitative professional to join one of their flagship Quantitative Research teams focusing on Equities, Futures and Crypto high frequency trading.

What You'll Do:
Design, implement, and deploy trading algorithms.
Researching high to mid frequency alphas.
Explore trading ideas by analysing market data, market micro-structure and alternate data for patterns.
Create tools to analyse data for patterns.
Contribute to libraries of analytical computations to support market data analysis and trading.
Develop, augment, and calibrate exchange simulators.

What You'll Need:
A Masters or PhD from a top-tier university in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent STEM degree.
Proficiency in back-testing, simulation, and statistical techniques (auto-regression, auto-correlation, and Principal Component Analysis).
Solid data-mining and analysis skills, including experience dealing with a large amount of data/tick data.
Familiarity with signal generation and statistical models.
Strong programming skills in Python and/or C++.
Experience in high-frequency trading or quantitative trading is preferred but not a requirement.
