Job Description

Job Title: IT ERP Finance Lead Role Summary: Lead the ERP pillar for finance functions, steering a team of 4 IT professionals across 16 business applications while driving the transition to IFS Cloud. Responsibilities span application maintenance, support, client‑server architecture, and continuous improvement of incident resolution. Expectations: Deliver a stable ERP landscape, ensure business continuity, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and manage project timelines with minimal downtime. Demonstrated ability to manage technical teams and align IT initiatives with business needs in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and develop a 4‑person team responsible for application management and maintenance. - Oversee 16 finance & operational applications (Notilus, Sage, Neofi, PISH, Dynamics CRM, etc.). - Lead the IFS Cloud deployment: architecture design, migration planning, test preparation, and go‑live support. - Manage user support and incident handling via ticketing system; drive root‑cause analysis and corrective actions. - Prioritize requests in balance with production and project demands. - Manage contractual relationships and performance with external vendors. - Travel as required (≈monthly) to key group sites in France and abroad. Required Skills: - 5–10 years of ERP management experience, including end‑to‑end implementation or migration (IFS preferred). - Proven team leadership and project management in an industrial or manufacturing context. - Strong technical knowledge of client‑server architectures, Oracle databases, SaaS platforms, and middleware interfaces. - Familiarity with IFS, Pro‑Concept, Dynamics AX, Neofi, Notilus or comparable ERP modules. - Analytical mindset for incident root‑cause analysis and improvement cycles. - Excellent written and spoken English; French language skills are a plus. - Ability to collaborate with cross‑national teams and stakeholders. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s +5 degrees (equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, ERP or Finance Control. - ERP‑specific certifications (IFS, Dynamics, or equivalent) considered an asset. - Continuous professional development in ITIL or similar frameworks preferred.
