**Job title** PR Brand Partnerships & Business Development Intern **Role Summary** Research‑driven internship supporting the Events Brand Partnerships & Business Development teams of a fashion‑focused PR agency. The role involves identifying emerging brands for PR representation and partnership alignment with event initiatives, building outreach lists, and supporting strategic client acquisition and event collaboration efforts. **Expectations** - Self‑driven, proactive, and able to take initiative. - Works independently in a fast‑paced environment. - Strong detail orientation, decision‑making, and creative problem‑solving. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Organized, logical thinker, team‑player, positive high‑energy attitude. - Computer literate (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, social media). - Reliable, punctual, receptive to constructive feedback. - Some exposure to fashion or PR preferred. - Must have a laptop; must be 18+ and able to work Monday‑Friday 10:00 AM–6:30 PM PST during internship period (1–3 days/week, 2–4 months). **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct research to identify new and emerging brands across diverse industries for potential PR representation. - Build and maintain targeted outreach lists and pitching materials. - Assist in developing partnership strategies that align with the agency’s event initiatives. - Support client acquisition activities and event collaboration planning. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (events, production, media) to coordinate brand engagements. - Track and report on partnership opportunities, outreach outcomes, and market trends. - Contribute to creative brainstorming for brand partnership campaigns and event concepts. **Required Skills** - Research and analytical skills. - Research‑tools proficiency (Google search, social media analytics). - Strong written and verbal communication. - Microsoft Office & Google Workspace proficiency. - Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and content‑creation platforms. - Time‑management and organizational abilities. - Team collaboration and independent work capability. **Required Education & Certifications** - Currently enrolled in, or recent graduate of, a bachelor’s program in communications, marketing, public relations, fashion marketing, or a related field. - No specific certifications required.
