The goal was to create an environment where everyone, from staff to clients to consultants, would be rewarded for their success and have an honest and high touch approach. In 2023, Top Prospect Group was acquired by HW Staffing to add technology and professional services to its expanded service offerings. Both organizations share similar philosophies of how to treat people, be true to their word, service clients and take care of their staff while being both a counselor and mentor. The team still holds true to connecting great people with great companies. HW Staffing Solutions and Top Prospect Group continue to grow, employing hundreds of thousands of people since their inception.
