**Job Title**: Vice President, Product Management (Salesforce)
**Role Summary**
Lead enterprise-wide Salesforce product strategy and execution, focusing on Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms. Drive CRM platform innovation, alignment with business objectives, and transformative experiences for financial advisors and internal stakeholders.
**Expactations**
- Define and execute a multi-year Salesforce platform vision aligned with business strategy.
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce products, including governance, prioritization, and adoption.
- Lead a team of product managers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and service teams.
- Optimize user experiences using data, personalization, and AI-driven capabilities.
- Influence senior leadership and stakeholders on product strategy and performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Champion Salesforce platform integration and optimization for advisor lifecycle experiences.
- Own platform lifecycle management, release planning, and roadmap prioritization.
- Lead a team of five product managers, setting goals, KPIs, and development plans.
- Partner with engineering to design secure, scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align product design with business needs.
- Analyze stakeholder feedback, market trends, and data to identify innovation opportunities.
- Drive data quality and master data management across Salesforce tools.
- Deliver presentations on product strategy and performance to leadership.
**Required Skills**
- 10+ years product management experience, 5+ years Salesforce platform leadership (Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementation or hands-on Solution Engineering.
- Strong technical proficiency in APIs, cloud architecture, and platform integrations.
- Strategic leadership with experience in enterprise CRM transformations.
- Deep understanding of wealth management, fintech, or financial services.
- Advanced stakeholder management, communication, and analytics skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field (advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience).
