Key Responsibilities: • Architect, develop, and implement backend APIs in C/C++; • Build web interfaces using C++‑generated HTML, jQuery, and JavaScript; • Design and test Android applications that interface with the networking system; • Perform unit testing, dependency injection, and API integration; • Contribute to code reviews and continuous improvement; • Coordinate with developers and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges; • Travel to test sites, military facilities, and customer locations to validate system performance. Job title: Intern – Software Test Engineer (Summer 2026) Role Summary: Assist in development, execution, and documentation of quality assurance activities for Wave Relay® software products, focusing on low‑level components, device drivers, and network stack integration. Deliver testing plans, automated scripts, and performance reports to meet internal and client requirements. Expactations: • Complete internship period (Summer 2026) • Travel to customer sites as needed • Potentially obtain or already hold a US security clearance Key Responsibilities: • Test software, hardware, and equipment for Wave Relay® system • Design and implement low‑level software (device drivers, Linux kernel modules, network stack) and test application software • Create and maintain test plans (regression, functional, performance, stress) and automated test scripts • Build and operate test platforms for repeatable, efficient testing • Integrate sensors, components, and third‑party systems with Wave Relay® system • Produce technical proposals, procedures, test plans, and test result reports Required Skills: • Software test planning and execution • Automation scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) • Knowledge of wireless communication and networking systems • Data and process quality improvement experience • Writing SQL queries (database experience) – preferred • Cisco and enterprise networking knowledge – preferred • ISO9001:2008 quality system familiarity – preferred Required Education & Certifications: • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) • Ability to obtain a US security clearance, or currently possess one ---
