**Job Title:** Customer Success Manager **Role Summary** Proactive, relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to drive customer retention, expansion, and alignment with strategic goals in a remote pharma/SaaS/life sciences environment. **Expectations** - Achieve 100% ownership of renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. - Secure and lead regular customer meetings to advance account growth. - Maintain disciplined follow-through on action items to ensure operational efficiency. - Deliver onboarding/training for platform adoption and retention. - Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for product/strategy teams. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Manage end-to-end customer renewals and expansion strategies. 2. Schedule and lead customer meetings to identify opportunities and address needs. 3. Act as a trusted advisor to align solutions with customer strategic goals. 4. Coordinate onboarding/training to maximize product adoption and retention. 5. Document interactions, revenue opportunities, and follow-ups in Salesforce. **Required Skills** - 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or customer-facing roles. - Proven commercial acumen in renewals, upsells, or account growth. - Strong written/oral communication in high-stakes, ambiguous scenarios. - Remote work proficiency with self-motivation and time management. - Customer-centric curiosity to understand pharma/SaaS/life sciences needs. - Cross-time zone collaboration and CRM tool proficiency (Salesforce preferred). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. - CRM tool training (Salesforce) and customer success certifications (e.g., CCMP) preferred but not required.
