Job title: Business Analyst
Role Summary:
Collaborate across retail, design, and digital functions to translate complex business needs into actionable deliverables, shaping customer experience strategy through clear requirements, process mapping, and data‑driven insights.
Expectations:
- 6+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in retail, digital, or experience‑design environments.
- Proven ability to work effectively with creative, operational, and technical teams.
- Strong documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in modern collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart).
- Data‑savvy: advanced Excel, with exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or basic SQL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements across retail, design, and digital units.
- Convert high‑level business needs into user stories, process flows, and wireframe‑level specifications.
- Support cross‑functional delivery teams (creative, development, rollout) in meeting project objectives.
- Analyze existing processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation, or digitization.
- Define integration requirements between systems (CMS, DAM, project tracking).
- Assist in creating and managing project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Develop reporting, dashboards, or insights to support strategic initiatives.
- Act as a strategic thought partner, connecting dots across teams, tools, and channels.
Required Skills:
- Business analysis, requirements documentation, process mapping, stakeholder facilitation.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart.
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms, digital signage, POS systems, or customer experience tools.
- Familiarity with wireframing/UX prototyping (Figma, Balsamiq).
- Advanced Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or light SQL.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; confident presenting to executives and end‑users.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI‑PBA, or equivalent Business Analysis credentials preferred.
