**Job title** Influencer Marketing Associate **Role Summary** Support the Influencer Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and measuring influencer campaigns that reinforce brand goals and drive engagement and conversion. **Experiences** - Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in influencer marketing, PR, or related fields (internships count). - Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns or supporting creators directly. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with the Influencer Marketing Manager to launch influencer campaigns from concept through delivery. - Identify, vet, and onboard talent that aligns with brand values and campaign objectives. - Draft and negotiate influencer contracts, coordinate deliverables, and maintain accurate tracking of payment and performance. - Communicate regularly with talent, ensuring content meets quality, compliance, and brand standards before publishing. - Manage workflow databases and platforms to record deliverable status, custom links, discount codes, and invoices. - Analyze campaign metrics (awareness, engagement, conversion) and produce concise reports with actionable insights. - Collaborate with Paid and Organic Social teams to repurpose influencer assets across channels. - Assist with broader brand activations, including events, product seeding, mailers, and seasonal initiatives. **Required Skills** - Strong organizational and time‑management abilities – comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously. - Analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on key performance indicators. - Excellent written and verbal communication, able to liaise across internal teams and external partners. - Proactive, resourceful attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑moving environment. - Familiarity with influencer platforms, contract terms, and compliance requirements. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. - No specific certifications required; relevant coursework or micro‑degrees in digital marketing are a plus.
