Job Description
Job title: Junior Recruitment Consultant Role Summary: Support the full recruitment lifecycle for real‑estate and digital infrastructure roles, sourcing and evaluating candidates, presenting prospects to clients, and coordinating interviews. Build expertise in a regulated industry while progressing through structured training and mentorship to handle increasingly complex recruitment assignments. Expectations: - Demonstrate proactive, confident communication both in person and on the telephone. - Exhibit resourcefulness, organization, and a keen curiosity for recruitment processes. - Learn and apply best‑practice recruitment techniques within a regulated environment. - Contribute to a collaborative, high‑performance culture while maintaining a balanced work‑life approach. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct comprehensive candidate research and source prospects for advertised vacancies. 2. Shortlist and assess candidates, preparing detailed candidate profiles for client presentation. 3. Present candidate cases to clients, highlighting strengths and added value. 4. Organize and schedule initial interviews, gather and synthesize feedback. 5. Maintain accurate candidate and client records in ATS and CRM systems. 6. Collaborate with senior consultants to refine recruitment strategies and processes. 7. Participate in ongoing training modules and mentorship sessions to expand recruitment competencies. Required Skills: - Advanced sourcing and research skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and other databases. - Strong verbal and written communication; confident telephone and face‑to‑face interactions. - Excellent organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities. - Critical thinking, analytical decision‑making, and problem‑solving. - Self‑motivation and a willingness to rapidly learn industry‑specific practices. - Basic understanding of regulatory considerations in real‑estate and digital infrastructure recruitment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent professional experience. - No mandatory certifications required; completion of company‑provided recruitment training and a willingness to pursue professional development in HR/recruitment will be viewed positively. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools is an advantage.
