**Job Title:** Salesforce System Admin
**Role Summary**
Administer and optimize a nonprofit’s Salesforce CRM environment to enhance donor engagement, operational efficiency, and mission impact.
**Expectations**
Current residency in metro Atlanta is required. Role demands immediate availability and hands-on technical expertise in Salesforce administration.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer Salesforce NPSP/Nonprofit Cloud, managing user access, security, and system configuration.
- Configure custom objects, automation (flows, validation rules, workflows), and data structures to align with organizational processes.
- Oversee integrations with Shopify, Check21, iCherub, Sage Intacct, Apsona, Classy, and Momentive; resolve integration errors and ensure data consistency.
- Design and execute reporting solutions (Salesforce, Apsona, Sage Intacct) to track fundraising metrics, donor engagement, and financials.
- Provide user training, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure adoption of best practices.
- Manage system optimization projects, implement updates, and align technology strategies with organizational goals.
**Required Skills**
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration (ADM-201 certification preferred).
- Experience with NPSP/Nonprofit Cloud and Salesforce automation tools.
- Expertise in integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms (Shopify, Sage Intacct, etc.) using APIs or connectors (Zapier, MuleSoft).
- Strong reporting skills (custom dashboards, Apsona, data analytics).
- Troubleshooting and optimization of workflows, validation rules, and security settings.
- Knowledge of nonprofit donor management, fundraising operations, and financial reconciliation.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred.
- Familiarity with Apsona, email marketing tools, and financial workflows advantageous.
