Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Role Summary: Develop and enhance ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM) applications, and future modules, while integrating with enterprise platforms such as HRIS, ERP, and project management tools. Ensure secure, compliant, and high‑performance solutions across corporate and site‑based teams in a regulated environment. Expectations: Deliver scalable, user‑centric ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards. Maintain platform performance, security, and compliance. Actively participate in Agile development cycles and communicate progress with stakeholders.
