Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Role Summary: Develop and enhance ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM) applications, and future modules, while integrating with enterprise platforms such as HRIS, ERP, and project management tools. Ensure secure, compliant, and high‑performance solutions across corporate and site‑based teams in a regulated environment. Expectations: Deliver scalable, user‑centric ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards. Maintain platform performance, security, and compliance. Actively participate in Agile development cycles and communicate progress with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows in HRSD, ITSM, and additional modules. - Implement and maintain integrations with HRIS (e.g., Workday), ERP (e.g., Oracle EBS), project management tools, and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, JDBC, flat files, and Integration Hub spokes. - Configure and enforce ACLs, scoped applications, and platform security settings. - Optimize platform performance and troubleshoot technical issues. - Participate in Agile ceremonies, deliver sprint commitments, and lead technical delivery where required.
