Job Title: Information Technology Project Manager
Role Summary:
Lead and manage end‑to‑end IT projects, applying DevOps, Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies to deliver solutions on schedule, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
Expectations:
- Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
- Maintain high client and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Apply industry best practices, security, and accessibility requirements.
- Continuously update knowledge of emerging technologies and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives) and manage backlog.
- Integrate DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, configuration management).
- Administer ITSM platforms, including Remedy and ServiceNow, for incident, problem, change, and release management.
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring security, accessibility, and compliance considerations.
- Produce status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Lead modernization initiatives for legacy applications and infrastructure.
Required Skills:
- Project management (planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management).
- DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, automation, containerization).
- Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- IT Service Management (ITSM) with Remedy and ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data interpretation abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience under pressure.
- Knowledge of industry quality standards, legislation, and best practices.
- Awareness of security and accessibility requirements.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
- Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI‑ACP) preferred.
- ITIL Foundation certification recommended.
