**Job Title:** Senior CRM Executive **Role Summary:** Lead the end‑to‑end development and execution of CRM-driven email and push notification campaigns for a large consumer retail brand. Drive engagement, commercial performance and technology adoption across cross‑functional teams. **Expectations:** - Deliver all direct‑marketing communications on schedule, maintaining high standards of accuracy and brand consistency. - Actively upgrade technical proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and champion its features within the CRM function. - Provide clear, data‑driven insights to senior stakeholders and use results to optimise future campaigns. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build, proof, and schedule email and push notifications within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring alignment with brief, audience, and timing requirements. - Coordinate creative, content, data, and trading teams to ensure timely delivery of each campaign. - Draft compelling, customer‑centric email briefs that blend creativity and data insight. - Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, produce weekly performance reports, and identify improvement opportunities. - Identify, test, and recommend CRM technology enhancements and process improvements. - Manage campaign assets, segmentation, and data hygiene to support accurate targeting. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of CRM best practices and industry trends. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Proven experience executing dynamic email and push marketing campaigns at a high‑profile consumer brand. - Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (build, proof, deploy); other ESP experience acceptable. - Strong understanding of omnichannel customer journey design and integration of digital marketing and CRM. - Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all seniority levels. - Excellent planning, prioritisation, and presentation skills. - Detail‑oriented with strong proofreading, spelling, and grammar. - Strong analytical abilities, including intermediate Excel and data‑segmentation expertise. **Desirable (but not required) Skills:** - Basic HTML and AMPscript. - Retail, financial services or other direct‑marketing industry exposure. - Experience with personalisation / recommendation engines. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum of a bachelor's degree (preferred). - Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (advanced) strongly preferred.
