Job Description
**Job Title:** Regional Sales Manager (F/H) **Role Summary:** Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for healthcare technology solutions within an assigned French territory. Identify prospects, conduct demos, negotiate and close deals, while expanding accounts with existing customers and partners. **Expactations:** - Meet or exceed booking quota targets. - Travel up to 50% within the territory. - Operate independently and collaborate with internal teams and partners. - Maintain accurate forecasts and prospect data in Salesforce. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect and engage senior decision‑makers (CIO, CMIO, CMO, CNO, CSIO, finance, clinical, security). - Develop and execute account strategies for major accounts. - Conduct product demonstrations and evaluations with Sales Engineering support. - Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities. - Grow revenue from existing customers and channel partners. - Coordinate order processing with Sales Operations, Finance, and Operations. - Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Engineering to resolve client issues. - Capture and maintain prospect information in Salesforce.com; provide regular forecasts. **Required Skills:** - 10+ years selling technology solutions to the healthcare sector. - Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. - Strong executive‑level prospecting and relationship‑building abilities. - Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. - Superior oral and written communication. - Effective time management, organization, and decision‑making. - Self‑starter with high energy; ability to work autonomously and within a team. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. - No specific certifications required; relevant sales or healthcare technology credentials are a plus.
