**Job Title**
Full Stack Engineer
**Role Summary**
Deliver end‑to‑end development for a funeral management ERP, with a priority focus on redesigning and evolving the mobile application. Work within a small tech team, influencing product quality, performance, and user experience through robust, maintainable code and continuous improvement of architecture, APIs, and workflows.
**Expectations**
- 4‑8 years of professional software development experience.
- Proven track record in mobile projects, ideally with React Native.
- Comfortable in agile, small‑team environments; self‑directed, collaborative, and solution oriented.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and maintain the Funeral Manager application across web and mobile.
- Lead mobile app enhancements (React Native) – implement new features, ensure quality and performance.
- Refactor and optimize code, APIs, and technical pipelines; enforce best practices.
- Define and evolve technical architecture; guarantee stability, security, and scalability.
- Implement automated testing (unit, integration), continuous integration/deployment, and rigorous documentation.
- Conduct code reviews, participate in daily rituals, and collaborate closely with product and operations teams.
- Resolve bugs, monitor releases, and support post‑deployment improvements.
- Propose and champion process, tooling, and technology upgrades for the broader technical group.
**Required Skills**
- Excellent proficiency in PHP/Laravel.
- Strong JavaScript skills, especially Vue.js and React Native.
- MySQL database design and performance tuning.
- Solid grasp of RESTful API architecture.
- Experience with testing standards, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflow.
- Familiarity with Cursor (or similar) is a plus.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and independent problem solving.
- Passion for learning and pragmatic solution delivery.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Laravel, React, CI/CD) are advantageous but not mandatory.
