Job Description
Job title: Regional Account Manager Role Summary: Account manager tasked with expanding the ISP’s customer base within a designated regional sales territory. Responsibilities include proactive prospecting, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for high‑speed connectivity and networking solutions. Expectations: • 0‑2+ years of direct sales experience or comparable field experience. • Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets. • Maintain up‑to‑date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. • Communicate effectively with prospects, clients, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the assigned region through outbound calling, emailing, and networking. • Plan and coordinate prospecting strategies with Sales Management for commercial, retail, and professional environments. • Conduct field activities such as site visits, building walks, lobby events, and face‑to‑face meetings. • Explain connectivity solutions and value propositions using consultative selling techniques. • Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure. • Update CRM with detailed prospect and customer information, and report progress on sales pipeline. • Achieve assigned monthly revenue goals. Required Skills: • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented sales environment with revenue deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM software. • Self‑motivation and disciplined prospecting habits. • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with property managers, building owners, and other key stakeholders. Required Education & Certifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • No specific industry certifications required.
