Job Description
Job title: Strategic Account Manager (M/F) Role Summary: Lead and manage large, complex projects (≥€500k) for the company, coordinating multi‑solution deployments across France and abroad. Serve as the primary liaison between clients, product teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, margin optimization, and client satisfaction, while identifying cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities. Expactations: Minimum 3‑4 years of experience in a multidisciplinary role (engineering, consulting or commercial management). Proven ability to drive technical and commercial initiatives, work proactively with clear methodology, and deliver results while maintaining high client satisfaction. Demonstrated experience in project management, product‑based solution selling and client training. Key Responsibilities: - Analyse projects with clients and sales, contributing to pre‑sales of tailored solutions. - Construct, share and monitor deployment schedules covering production, installation, configuration, and development phases. - Track project margin performance and report variances. - Provide client training on product operation to enable optimal collection or transport processes. - Capture client feedback and relay to product team to influence enhancements. - Identify unmet client needs and relay to sales for potential product opportunities. - Manage a portfolio of key accounts and build long‑term trust relationships with operational stakeholders. - Continuously improve onboarding experience, internal processes and tools to enhance client satisfaction. - Coordinate cross‑functional teams (product, R&D, installation, support) to deliver complex, multi‑product deployments. Required Skills: - Project management methodology and rigorous execution. - Strong communication and client‑centric relationship building. - Technical aptitude for complex solution deployments. - Data‑driven analysis of margins and project KPIs. - Ability to influence product roadmap based on customer insights. - Proactive problem solving and cross‑functional collaboration. Required Education & Certifications: - Graduate of an engineering or business school (e.g., MSc, Engineering degree). - Professional certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2) or account management are a plus.
