Expectations: Deliver polished audio and video assets on a weekly cadence; collaborate closely with producers, hosts, and guests; stay current with platform trends and best practices to maximize reach and engagement. Key Responsibilities - Edit and finalize 30–60 min episodes for publication on YouTube and audio‑only platforms. - Produce 10–90 s social clips tailored to TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, highlighting key moments and hooks. - Add captions, branding elements, and minimal graphics to align with the visual identity. - Coordinate with producers, hosts, and guests to ensure high‑quality output and meet delivery deadlines. - Maintain an organized content pipeline and deliver all weekly assets on schedule. - Monitor platform developments and adjust strategies to improve performance and engagement.
