Job Description
Job title: Cloud Network Engineer Role Summary: Design, implement, and optimize hybrid and multi‑cloud networking solutions, primarily within Microsoft Azure, with proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Deliver secure, high‑availability, and cost‑effective network architectures that align with enterprise goals. Expactations: - Lead end‑to‑end network design for on‑prem and cloud environments. - Ensure compliance, security, and performance standards are met. - Guide cloud adoption, modernization, and migration initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Engineer Azure and OCI network infrastructures (VNets, subnets, NSGs, ExpressRoute, VPN, Load Balancers, Application Gateways, Firewalls). - Implement Zero Trust, segmentation, and secure connectivity frameworks. - Support data and analytics frameworks, leveraging cloud‑native services and third‑party tools (e.g., Dynatrace). - Participate in POCT, prototyping, and production deployments. - Collaborate with DevOps to apply CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Ansible), and automation. - Provide governance, governance, and best‑practice guidance. - Produce architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and executive presentations. Required Skills: - 4+ years network engineering, 3+ years Azure networking. - Deep knowledge of Azure services (VNet Peering, Private Link, ExpressRoute, Load Balancers, Firewalls, App Gateway, DNS). - TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, SD‑WAN, VPN expertise. - IaC experience (Terraform, ARM, Bicep). - Network security, segmentation, identity‑based access. - Hybrid/multi‑cloud architecture knowledge. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and independent problem‑solving. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Experience with OCI workloads.
