**Job Title:**
Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (Part‑Time, 25 hrs/week)
**Role Summary:**
Strategic marketing leader responsible for elevating the agency’s brand, thought leadership, and market visibility. Partner with the CEO and executive team to design and execute a unified marketing strategy that drives reputation, client acquisition, and talent attraction across all business units.
**Expectations:**
- Develop and own a cohesive brand narrative aligned with revenue goals.
- Deliver measurable growth in media coverage, awards, and inbound interest.
- Lead a lean, cross‑functional marketing team while operating both strategically and hands‑on.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Brand Stewardship & Strategy** – Define and maintain a consistent narrative across corporate and sub‑brand platforms; create messaging architecture.
2. **Thought Leadership & Content** – Oversee production of bylines, whitepapers, trend reports, and executive commentary; manage website, blog, email, and social content.
3. **Awards & Recognition** – Design awards strategy, select categories, craft entries, and maintain submission calendar.
4. **Events & Visibility** – Secure speaking slots, plan owned events, and coordinate agency presence at industry conferences (e.g., Cannes Lions, PRovoke).
5. **Client‑Facing Assets** – Guide development of credentials, case studies, and video reels that emphasize business impact.
6. **Cross‑Functional Leadership** – Provide day‑to‑day guidance to PR, content, and design teams; establish campaign planning, KPI tracking, and reporting processes.
**Required Skills:**
- 10+ years senior marketing experience, preferably in PR, agency, or professional‑services environments.
- Proven ability to build and scale B2B brands with a reputation‑first focus.
- Strong editorial judgment; adept at translating complex concepts into clear, media‑ready narratives.
- Hands‑on experience with award submissions, editorial calendars, executive visibility programs, and full‑cycle campaign execution.
- Proficiency in AI‑enabled marketing tools and data‑driven targeting/outbound tactics.
- Collaborative, ego‑free leadership style with excellent storytelling and communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (required).
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIM, AMA) preferred but not mandatory.
