Job Description

**Job Title:** AI/ML Solutions Engineer **Role Summary:** Develop, implement, and optimize AI/ML solutions to enhance business operations, integrate advanced technologies into systems, and support strategic decision-making. **Expectations:** Temporary contract role requiring on-site presence three days per week. Minimum 5 years of AI/ML project delivery experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and deploy scalable AI/ML models to improve business functions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI/ML application opportunities. - Research and apply advanced AI/ML practices to enhance system performance. - Maintain data governance and security protocols during solution development. - Continuously refine existing AI/ML models for improved efficiency and accuracy. - Lead and manage interdisciplinary teams. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI/ML systems. **Required Skills:** - Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling. - Proficiency in Python, R, Java, or equivalent programming languages. - Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and chatbot development. - Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS) and tools (Amazon SageMaker). - Analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges. - Effective communication and collaboration capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty).
