Job title: Customer Success Manager Role Summary: Drive portfolio adoption and growth of a SaaS collaboration platform by building trusted relationships with clients, defining success plans, and delivering measurable ROI through proactive engagement. Expectations: - Achieve net MRR growth and churn reduction targets. - Translate client business objectives into actionable adoption plans. - Serve as subject‑matter expert for product usage, integrations, and best practices. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Marketing.
