Job Description
**Job Title:** Event Stage Manager **Role Summary:** Oversees main stage operations for an international conference, forum, and award ceremony. Ensures seamless execution of keynote sessions, speaker transitions, and technical coordination with high production standards. **Expactations:** Manage main stage operations from planning to execution, ensuring flawless coordination of speakers, AV systems, and stage logistics. Maintain strict event timelines, troubleshoot live issues, and lead production teams to meet high production standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate speaker transitions, cue calling, and AV synchronization. - Collaborate with Show Caller, Technical Director, and Production Team for seamless keynote sessions. - Conduct speaker briefings and rehearsals. - Oversee stage setup (lighting, sound, teleprompters, presentation slides). - Resolve live technical or operational issues (delays, speaker availability, timing). - Enforce event schedule adherence and supervise backstage crew. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years in stage management for large conferences, corporate events, or live productions. - Technical proficiency in AV systems, lighting, and event logistics. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities. - Ability to perform under pressure with quick decision-making. - Fluency in English (additional languages preferred). **Required Education & Certifications:** Not specified in the job description.
