**Job Title:** Product Development Lead (12 Month Fixed Term Contract) **Role Summary** Lead post-launch development of a transformative energy solution to drive flexible electricity use, reduce energy costs, and support sustainability goals. Oversee scalable onboarding processes across diverse energy consumers and manage technical deployment of new flexible energy systems. **Expectations** Fixed-term role (12 months) requiring cross-functional leadership to deliver high-quality outcomes within dynamic energy transition context. Focus on post-launch project execution, stakeholder collaboration, and technical coordination. **Key Responsibilities** - Coordinate cross-functionally (IT, Data, Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Finance) to optimize onboarding processes for energy consumers. - Oversee deployment of new flexible energy loads (e.g., EV clusters, HVAC, heat pumps, battery storage). - Manage metering and settlement solutions via collaboration with device manufacturers, industry bodies, and test labs. - Ensure seamless product integration and customer satisfaction during post-launch phase. **Required Skills** - Proven ability to deliver complex projects with meticulous attention to detail. - Strong collaboration skills with technical teams (developers, engineers, data specialists) and commercial stakeholders. - Proficiency in using core office IT applications. **Required Education & Certifications** - Degree qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
