Job Description
Job title: Mid-Market Account Executive Role Summary: Drive revenue growth by managing full‑cycle sales for mid‑market accounts (351–4,000 employees) using consultative and challenger sales techniques. Own territory, lead complex sales cycles, and collaborate with internal teams and Canadian resellers to secure new business and expand existing accounts. Expectations: * Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and activity targets. * Maintain high‑quality pipeline forecasting and activity tracking in Salesforce. * Deliver a seamless customer experience from prospect to post‑sale through collaboration with Customer Success. * Engage with Canadian reseller partners for co‑selling and pipeline development. Key Responsibilities: * Prospect inbound and outbound, sourcing self‑generated pipeline. * Conduct discovery, needs analysis, and stakeholder mapping. * Deliver tailored product demos aligned to prospect goals. * Apply MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales methodologies to guide prospects, create constructive tension, and close deals. * Prepare sales quotes, negotiate pricing and terms, and articulate subscription options. * Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, opportunity notes, and activity logs in Salesforce. * Collaborate with Customer Success and Canadian resellers to ensure consistent customer experience. * Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape. * Respond to inbound sales inquiries during standard business hours; handle other duties as assigned. Required Skills: * 2+ years of mid‑market or equivalent sales experience. * Proven success in full‑cycle sales with small‑to‑mid sized accounts. * Strong consultative selling skills and disciplined sales process. * Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator. * Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tailor messaging to multiple stakeholders. * High organizational ability and attention to detail; self‑managed territory and priorities. * Positive, ownership‑driven attitude.
