Job Description
Job Title Junior Product Development Manager (Luxury Perfume & Cosmetic) Role Summary Assists senior product development lead in steering the creation, launch, and growth of COACH fragrance lines, ensuring alignment with marketing plans, economic feasibility, and luxury brand standards during a 6‑month contract. Expectations • Entry‑to‑mid level with 2‑3+ years in product development, preferably in fragrance or cosmetics. • Demonstrated proactivity, rigor, autonomy, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills. • Fluent in English (written & spoken). • Comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and cross‑functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities - Contribute to marketing plan development for COACH fragrance portfolio. - Lead product ideation: brief creation, design concept, technical feasibility, and economic viability in partnership with industrial experts. - Develop and coordinate 360° communication campaigns, collaborating with internal Media, Retail, Digital, and PR teams. - Conduct competitive intelligence: market trend research, creative source tracking, and customer needs analysis. - Maintain relationships with licensing partners, coordinating approvals and validations. - Manage line‑development budget, monitoring expenditures against financial targets. Required Skills - Product development lifecycle management (concept to launch). - Cross‑functional teamwork (design, manufacturing, marketing, finance). - Budget planning & cost control. - Market research & trend analysis. - Project management and timeline adherence. - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination. - Advanced proficiency in office productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s (Bac +5) or higher in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Chemistry, or related field. - Any industry certifications (e.g., Product Management Professional) are a plus.
