**Job Title**
PLV (Point of Sale Display) Buyer & Developer
**Role Summary**
Manage end‑to‑end procurement and development of point‑of‑sale displays for premium cosmetics brands. Collaborate with marketing and production teams, negotiate with suppliers, control budget and quality, and ensure timely delivery using SAP.
**Expectations**
- 8‑month contract (maternity cover) starting January 2026
- Deliver scope of work within defined budget and quality standards
- Demonstrate strong vendor management, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Communicate effectively in English and French (French fluent, English mandatory)
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Supplier Management** – Identify, evaluate, and onboard PLV suppliers; negotiate terms (price, quality, lead time), and monitor performance metrics.
2. **Requirement Definition** – Work with marketing and sales to translate briefs into technical specifications and tender documents.
3. **Tenders & Procurement** – Issue RFPs, assess bids, and manage contractual agreements.
4. **Production Oversight** – Track manufacturing progress, conduct quality checks, authorize “bons à tirer”, and resolve production issues.
5. **Logistics & SAP Control** – Create purchase orders, monitor deliveries (cost, time, quality) in SAP, handle invoicing, and perform post‑delivery quality actions.
6. **Budget & Cost Control** – Maintain rigorous cost tracking, propose cost‑optimization initiatives, and evaluate financial performance.
7. **Performance Analysis** – Analyze procurement dashboards, participate in business reviews, and report KPI trends.
8. **Market & Technology Watch** – Research emerging materials, technologies, and market trends to sustain competitive advantage.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) or higher in Commercial Negotiation, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in procurement or supply‑chain roles, preferably within cosmetics or luxury goods
- Knowledge of cosmetics sector and materials specific to PLV preferred
- Any relevant procurement certification (e.g., CIPS, APICS) is an advantage.
