**Job title:** Country Manager – France **Role Summary:** Lead the France market for a global marketplace platform, driving sustainable growth across demand and supply chains. Manage P&L, execute localized strategies, and direct a cross‑functional team to meet revenue and contribution margin targets while ensuring operational excellence. **Expectations:** - Deliver annual revenue and margin goals within budget constraints. - Translate European strategy into actionable local plans. - Maintain rapid, data‑driven decision making and agility in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. - Foster transparent communication and collaboration across all stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Craft and execute the France country plan, aligning with overall corporate objectives. 2. Drive demand generation and supply activation for the marketplace. 3. Oversee P&L, budgeting, and financial performance. 4. Lead and develop a small team in Marketing, Tasker Operations, and Partner Management. 5. Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to seize market opportunities and optimize local fulfillment. 6. Own tactical execution, client retention, and operational improvements. 7. Leverage analytics to refine strategies and maximize performance. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 4 + years of general management, commercial, or entrepreneurial experience with proven P&L growth. - Strong strategic thinking, operational execution, and team leadership. - Proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and evidence‑based decision making. - Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder collaboration. - Growth mindset, resilience in ambiguity, and comfort with rapid change. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. - Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
