Job Description

**Job Title** Business Intelligence Analyst **Role Summary** Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that support decision‑making across multiple business units. Act as the liaison between stakeholders and engineering, ensuring requirements are translated into reliable, high‑quality data products while upholding governance standards. **Expectations** - Deliver stakeholder‑driven BI solutions with measurable business impact. - Maintain data integrity and quality through rigorous validation. - Stay current on BI tools, techniques, and best practices to continually improve processes. - Communicate progress, timelines, and expectations clearly to all stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Build, update, and support a portfolio of Power BI dashboards and key reports. - Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for engineering. - Coordinate with data engineering to create required database tables/views. - Define and enforce data validation rules; reconcile discrepancies and document findings. - Advise on and implement data governance practices to balance agility with accuracy and security. - Drive continuous improvement of BI documentation, testing procedures, and team workflows. **Required Skills** - Minimum 2 years’ experience with Power BI and DAX. - Minimum 2 years’ experience with SQL, preferably T‑SQL. - Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, performance optimization). - Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (CPQ preferred). - Experience with Microsoft ERP systems (Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX). - Strong stakeholder communication and requirement elicitation. - Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field. - Professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Power BI or SQL certifications) are a plus but not mandatory.
