Job Description
**Job Title:** System Support Analyst **Role Summary:** Provide comprehensive support, maintenance, and enhancement of university research administration systems. Serve as the primary point of contact for all research‑related IT queries, manage day‑to‑day system administration, coordinate with internal and external technical teams, and deliver training and process improvements to increase efficiency across the Research Office, Schools, and Departments. **Expectations:** - Deliver timely, high‑quality support to end‑users. - Maintain system integrity and security through routine configuration, monitoring, and data imports. - Analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications. - Proactively recommend and implement process and system enhancements. - Facilitate training and communication to maximize user adoption of research tools. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Act as first point of contact for all research administration system queries and issues. 2. Triage and resolve user incidents; route complex problems to appropriate technical teams. 3. Administer system functionalities: access control, configuration, monitoring, and data import from external sources. 4.
