**Job Title:** Chief of Staff to COO / CEO **Role Summary** Strategic operational role to scale a national mobile healthcare organization by optimizing processes, launching systems, and driving cross-functional initiatives for senior care services. **Expectations** Execute strategic initiatives with measurable impact on operational efficiency and service retention. Reduce cycle times for onboarding, scheduling, and supply chain workflows. Ensure accurate tracking of KPIs via dashboards and operational reporting. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage strategic projects (e.g., EMR implementation, inventory optimization). - Oversee workflow design and performance tracking for scheduling, recruitment, and field coordination. - Support organizational design, OKR alignment, and performance metrics. - Act as a bridge for communication between leadership teams and operational staff. **Required Skills** - 3-7 years in operations, project management, healthcare consulting, or related fields. - Strong analytical capabilities with Excel, PowerPoint, and PM tools (e.g., Asana, Jira). - Proficiency in process optimization and simplification using systems thinking. - Cross-functional leadership with demonstrated stakeholder management at all organizational levels. - Clear communication for C-suite collaboration and field execution. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related discipline (specific certifications not required). - Preferred: Experience in mobile healthcare, EHR/SNFP systems, or PACE.
