**Job title:** Lifecycle Marketing Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, affiliate, loyalty, and review channels. Develop data‑driven, cross‑functional strategies that increase acquisition, engagement, and retention while optimizing return on investment.
**Expectations:**
- Drive revenue growth and customer lifetime value through integrated campaigns.
- Deliver measurable improvements in email/SMS/open/click‑through rates, affiliate conversion, loyalty activation, and review acquisition.
- Achieve or exceed KPI targets within 12 months, demonstrating ROI gains and creative performance enhancements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and execute lifecycle marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage agency and SaaS partner relationships (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Yotpo, Attentive).
- Coordinate creative development, iterate on assets using performance data, and ensure brand consistency.
- Act as liaison between marketing, creative, merchandising, web/UX, and development teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Project‑manage initiatives, set timelines, and track deliverables.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on channel KPIs; provide actionable insights and forecasting.
- Conduct competitive and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
**Required Skills:**
- 3–5 years of CRM, lifecycle, or performance marketing experience.
- Proven success managing email, SMS, and affiliate campaigns.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Yotpo, Attentive, and project tools (e.g., Asana, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical mindset with A/B testing, data reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Strategic thinker with deep understanding of customer lifecycle stages.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound Marketing) preferred.
