Job Description
**Job Title:** Sales & Operations Planning Analyst **Role Summary** Cross-functional analyst supporting Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, bridging Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Program Management to drive sales execution, operational efficiency, and profitability. **Expectations** Collaborate across departments to align sales demand with supply chain capabilities, manage margin analysis for customer reviews, and support program launches. Analyze sales data, coordinate sample fulfillment, and resolve shipping issues while maintaining product data systems. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and analyze sales demand for S&OP processes. - Conduct margin analysis for new/existing customers, securing approvals. - Coordinate sample fulfillment, resolve shipping issues, and support Marketing with sales materials. - Analyze sales trends, monitor OTIF performance, and optimize supply chain operations. - Maintain product data (SAP), conduct market research, and adjust pricing for competitiveness. - Streamline communication between sales, supply chain, engineering, finance, and plant locations. - Monitor customer returns/warranty claims, ensuring accurate program reporting. - Conduct monthly pipeline/forecast reviews with sales teams to align production planning. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical skills with expertise in data synthesis and insights generation. - Cross-functional collaboration and project management in fast-paced environments. - Proficiency in communication (written/verbal) for stakeholder engagement. - Detail-oriented with emphasis on quality assurance and deadline adherence. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering. Minimum 2+ years experience in Sales Management, Customer Service, or related fields. No specific certifications required.
