**Job title:** Product Manager
**Role Summary:** Own and drive the full product lifecycle for Komgo’s trade finance solutions, translating customer insights and market research into a strategic roadmap that delivers high‑quality software at scale. Collaborate cross‑functionally with design, engineering, QA, sales, and marketing teams to prioritize features, define success metrics, and guide products from concept through launch and end‑of‑life.
**Expactations:** Deliver innovative, user‑centric products that accelerate trade financing processes; partner with leadership to secure alignment and resources; maintain a data‑driven focus on key performance indicators; communicate clear product vision and persuade stakeholders at all levels; continuously learn and adapt in a fast‑moving environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct customer discovery, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis to define product vision and strategic roadmap.
2. Translate vision into initiatives, defining functional requirements, use cases, workflow constraints, and success criteria.
3. Lead end‑to‑end product development in an agile setting: pitch initiatives, set priorities, manage backlog, and execute against a roadmap.
4. Define, monitor, and report on product success metrics; create action plans to track progress on priority KPIs.
5. Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with designers, developers, QA engineers, marketers, sales, and customer engagement teams.
6. Own product documentation, support material, and lifecycle management from introduction to sunset.
7. Participate in ad‑hoc duties as required by management to support product and business goals.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong product sense with a focus on user value and business impact.
- Experienced in agile product development; proficient with user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog grooming.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence leadership and coordinate diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in translating data into actionable roadmaps and decisions.
- Proactive, self‑starter, highly adaptable, and comfortable owning end‑to‑end product outcomes.
- Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Product Management certification (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, PMI‑PMI, Certified Scrum Product Owner) preferred but not mandatory.
