Marketing Analyst/Coordinator 3
**Role Summary**
Data‑driven marketing analytics contractor supporting growth, acquisition, lifecycle, and revenue strategy. Owns the analytical engine that informs decisions across paid, organic, email, web, events, content, and ABM channels, providing real‑time insights, performance metrics, and forecasting to optimize funnel performance and ROI.
**Expectations**
- Deliver real‑time dashboards and automated reporting aligned with business KPIs.
- Produce cohort analyses, pipeline forecasts, and scenario modeling to guide budget and planning.
- Rapid insight cycles for experiments, campaigns, and content releases.
- Own and continuously improve KPI frameworks across acquisition, lifecycle, and funnel.
- Build clear funnel views (lead → MQL → SQL → opportunity → revenue) and provide weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Demand Gen, Content, Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to translate insights into decisions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and build data workflows in marketing systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Track and measure performance across all marketing channels to revenue.
2. Build dashboards and automate reporting for real‑time visibility.
3. Conduct cohort analysis to assess lead quality, channel efficiency, and ROI.
4. Forecast pipeline contributions and scenario outcomes for budget allocation.
5. Guide experiment design, evaluate results, and recommend investment decisions.
6. Own KPI frameworks, identify gaps, diagnose funnel issues, and recommend actionable improvements.
7. Construct and maintain funnel flow models and deliver narrative reports.
8. Maintain proficiency in Salesforce, Pardot, Adobe Analytics, and data platforms; troubleshoot and optimize workflows.

**Required Education & Certifications**

- No specific certifications required; relevant data or analytics certificates (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce Admin) are a plus.
