**Project Manager** **Role Summary** Lead cross-functional teams to execute new product launches and improvements, ensuring projects meet objectives for quality, cost, delivery, and scope. Drive project planning, risk management, and resource allocation from design through mass production. Collaborate globally with departments and international production sites to ensure timely and compliant product launches. **Expectations** Deliver projects on time within budget, aligning with quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, quality, purchasing) to resolve launch barriers. Maintain project readiness, manage issue resolution post-Gate 1, and execute recovery plans for delays. Ensure system and production readiness, including ERP setup and supply chain coordination. **Key Responsibilities** - Plan, execute, and monitor product launch projects from development to stable production. - Chair Stage Gate process meetings, manage CFT (cross-functional teams), and execute design/process change notices. - Coordinate production runs, readiness reviews, and resource availability (parts, tools, components). - Implement risk mitigation strategies, update stakeholders via escalation protocols, and track issue resolution. - Validate ERP system accuracy, PPAP compliance, and cost/quality targets. - Support post-production improvements via tools like Monday, CI, and CAR. **Required Skills** - Project management methodologies (Stage Gate, Agile). - Cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder management. - ERP systems, production planning, and risk management. - Budgeting, scheduling, and issue resolution. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field. - PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.
