**Job Title** Contracts Administrator **Role Summary** Provide comprehensive contract administration support to the Information Security Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) Vendor Management Team. Manage the lifecycle of security vendor agreements, track review progress, coordinate stakeholder meetings, produce status metrics, and maintain process documentation within SharePoint. Lead weekly stand‑ups and apply Agile practices to improve contract management processes. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate and timely contract reviews for complex third‑party security agreements. - Maintain up‑to‑date status on all ongoing engagements, deadlines, and priority changes. - Build and sustain productive relationships with internal business units, vendors, and senior leadership. - Apply current Information Security best practices to enhance contract policies and compliance. - Produce clear, actionable documentation and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** - Gather and analyze information for third‑party contract reviews. - Track review status, deadlines, and changes; capture meeting minutes. - Facilitate meetings between business units and vendors for Information Security contract reviews. - Maintain a SharePoint library of contract documents and metrics. - Develop and update written procedures and job aids. - Lead weekly team stand‑ups and coordinate Agile ceremonies (Kanban, epics/stories). - Monitor compliance, issue resolution, and risk management for vendor agreements. - Prepare status reports and metrics for leadership. - Support contract negotiation and performance monitoring activities. **Required Skills** - Contract administration and procurement expertise (understanding of terms, pricing, compliance, issue resolution). - Third‑party / vendor management experience. - Information Security knowledge (processes, principles, and best practices). - Technical writing and documentation development. - Project management and Agile methodologies (Kanban, epics/stories). - Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills. - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; negotiation and persuasion. - Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and SharePoint. - Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), SOWs, NDAs, RFPs. - Ability to work with all organizational levels, including C‑level executives. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Security, or related field. - Professional certifications preferred: PMP, CSM, or relevant contract management/Information Security credentials.
