Job Title: Graphic Designer Role Summary: Lead and execute medium to large-scale design projects across multiple media, shaping the visual identity and brand guidelines in collaboration with the Art Director, Creative Studio, and cross-functional teams. Expectations: - Deliver creative solutions that align with brand strategy and business objectives. - Produce high-quality design outputs within defined budgets, timelines, and quality standards. - Embrace sustainability and inclusive practices in all creative work. Key Responsibilities: - Develop concepts, research, and strategies for brand communication projects. - Design and develop engaging visual solutions for print, digital, merchandising, and film/photography partners. - Manage external suppliers: write briefs, negotiate budgets, and ensure final deliverables meet quality criteria. - Coordinate with Image Project Manager and stakeholders to track progress, resolve risks, and secure approvals. - Evaluate project outcomes, gather feedback, and integrate learnings into future work. - Advocate for Mulberry values, sustainability, and diversity in all interactions. Required Skills: - Extensive experience communicating brands across multiple channels. - Strong understanding of fashion and retail sectors. - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). - Advanced research and strategic thinking for long-term design solutions. - 360° design capabilities, including spatial and 3D considerations. - Excellent organizational and communication skills; adept at multitasking and meeting tight deadlines. - Collaborative mindset with flexibility and a proactive attitude. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. - Certification in Adobe Creative Cloud (optional but preferred).
