**Job Title** SaaS Implementation Consultant (Customer Success Focus) **Role Summary** Guide new enterprise customers from initial onboarding to full platform adoption, ensuring their success and driving long‑term value. Operate as a strategic partner across Sales, Product, and Support to configure the Birdview PSA solution to meet client needs and support renewal and upsell opportunities. **Expactations** - Lead and own the entire client onboarding lifecycle. - Deliver tailored training sessions and solutions to complex business requirements. - Sustain strong customer relationships, driving adoption, renewals, and upsell. - Advocate customer needs within internal teams and influence product enhancements. - Balance multiple customer engagements and internal projects efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct onboarding workshops and configure product to meet each client’s processes. - Deliver user training, troubleshoot implementation issues, and manage go‑live activities. - Monitor adoption metrics, recommend optimization strategies, and support renewals and upsells. - Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and provide post‑sale support. - Collaborate with Product and Support to communicate feedback, improve the platform, and resolve escalations. **Required Skills** - 2+ years of experience delivering B2B SaaS implementation or onboarding. - Strong client‑facing communication and presentation skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross‑functional teams. - Commercial mindset: experience with renewal and upsell processes. - Proactive problem‑solving with curiosity and a customer‑centric attitude. - Experience with enterprise accounts and project‑management platforms is highly desirable. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. - Certifications in SaaS implementation, Customer Success, or Project Management (e.g., Certified Customer Success Manager, PMP, or equivalent) are a plus.
