Job Description: **Job Title** Warehouse Associate – Driver **Role Summary** Responsible for transporting products to customer locations and performing essential inbound and outbound warehouse operations. Executes deliveries safely and on-time while ensuring accurate documentation, vehicle maintenance, and inventory management. Works collaboratively with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment. **Expectations** - Adhere to all safety policies, DOT/OSHA regulations, and company procedures. - Maintain punctual, reliable attendance and complete required paperwork accurately. - Demonstrate a strong customer‑service orientation and effective communication. - Participate in ongoing training and after‑hours classes as scheduled. - Operate vehicles and equipment within set weight and environmental limits. **Key Responsibilities** - Drive company delivery truck (short- and long-distance routes) to deliver products safely and on schedule. - Verify correct items with customers, ensuring satisfactory condition upon receipt. - Load and unload trucks, perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, and keep maintenance records. - Handle Hazmat documentation and other required shipping paperwork accurately. - Receive, put away, and track incoming stock; pull, pack, stage, and ship outgoing orders. - Assist with order processing, warranty returns, and inventory accuracy (cycle counts, physical inventories). - Operate handheld scanners to update inventory systems. - Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety, reporting any vehicle or workplace issues. - Work overtime and assist coworkers as needed. **Required Skills** - Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazmat endorsement (if applicable). - 1+ year delivery truck driving experience; 1+ year forklift and warehouse experience. - Basic computer and inventory system proficiency. - Strong customer‑service, teamwork, and communication abilities. - Ability to lift/move up to 60 lb and work in temperature ranges 20°–105 °F. **Required Education & Certifications** - High School Diploma or equivalent. - 21 + years of age with a satisfactory driving record. - Ability to remain insurable under company liability policy and comply with federal/state driving regulations.
