VP Data & AI Products
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end strategy and execution for AI‑driven products and data platforms that power enterprise order‑to‑cash intelligence. Own the AI product suite (Aimie IQ, Agent Builder Studio) and the underlying data infrastructure (Data Lake, ML models, LLM fine‑tuning). Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and platform teams to define roadmaps, governance, and commercial strategy, while communicating AI value to stakeholders.
**Expectations**
* Deliver measurable, insight‑driven AI products for enterprise finance teams across the full O2C lifecycle.
* Establish and execute an LLM fine‑tuning strategy for domain‑specific intelligence.
* Drive adoption through clear, jargon‑free storytelling to CFOs, finance leaders, and enterprise buyers.
* Represent the organization as a thought leader in AI & data at webinars, analyst briefings, and industry events.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Define product vision, roadmap, and go‑to‑market for Aimie IQ and Agent Builder Studio.
* Own the strategy for the Data Lake: data structuring, enrichment, governance, and services across gold/silver/bronze layers.
* Lead the full ML lifecycle: model creation, refactoring, scaling, on‑premises deployment, and continuous improvement.
* Develop and maintain predictive KPIs, cash flow signals, risk scores, and behavioural insights.
* Shape packaging, pricing, and positioning of AI/data capabilities with CPO, marketing, and sales.
* Implement data governance, quality standards, and data mesh/lakehouse architecture to ensure trustworthy intelligence.
* Translate technical AI/datasets into actionable business outcomes for customers and internal teams.
* Engage senior leadership and customers through webinars, media, analyst interactions, and executive stakeholder meetings.
**Required Skills**
* Proven experience owning AI‑focused products and data/ML platforms in a B2B SaaS setting at enterprise scale.
* Deep knowledge of agentic AI patterns, LLM orchestration, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), fine‑tuning, and evaluation frameworks.
* Full‑cycle ML expertise: development, training, evaluation, deployment, and on‑premises operations.
* Strong grasp of modern data architecture: data mesh, lakehouse, bronze/silver/gold layers, data contracts.
* Exceptional ability to translate complex technical topics into concise, stakeholder‑friendly narratives.
* Public speaking and stakeholder engagement skills: webinars, analyst interviews, conference presentations.
* Passion for emerging AI advancements and continuous learning.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
* Professional certifications in AI/ML or data engineering (e.g., TensorFlow, AWS Certified Machine Learning, Cloudera Certified).
