Job Description
Job Title: Cybersecurity Enterprise Manager Role Summary: Develops and implements enterprise cybersecurity strategy aligned with business, technology, and threat drivers. Manages security processes, infrastructure validation, vendor assessments, incident response, and compliance with security standards and regulations. Leads cross-departmental collaboration and teams. Expectations: - 6+ years cybersecurity experience in IT-focused roles. - Minimum associate degree required. - Technical project management, ITIL, and risk management expertise. - Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in security frameworks and regulations (CIS, NIST, PCI-DSS). Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute cybersecurity strategies to protect information assets. - Manage security infrastructure tools (firewalls, WAFs, IPSs). - Establish OS/network security baselines and IAM policies. - Conduct vendor security assessments and evaluate SLAs/SSAE 16 SOC reports. - Develop documentation (strategies, roadmaps, standards) and governance processes. - Analyze logs/infra for security anomalies and conduct risk-based remediation. - Oversee incident response plan execution and root cause analysis. - Manage vulnerability remediation and coordinate IT teams for patches/updates. Required Skills: - Cybersecurity risk management, policy development, and compliance. - Familiarity with SEIM/log management tools, endpoint protection. - Incident response and forensic analysis. - Security frameworks (CIS, NIST CSF) and regulatory frameworks (PCI-DSS). - ITIL processes, network segmentation, and identity management. - Vendor contract/SOC report review and threat analysis. Required Education & Certifications: - Associate degree in relevant field. - Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, CISSP certification. - Experience with NIST, CIS controls, and enterprise security architectures. - Demonstrated understanding of cybersecurity standards and compliance processes.
