Job Title: Social Media Marketer Role Summary: First social media marketer in a rapidly growing fintech/marketplace startup. Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram, build listening programs, create engaging content, manage reputation, support paid ad campaigns, analyze performance, and ensure brand consistency with marketing team. Expactations: • Assist in strategy development and execution for all social channels. • Monitor platforms for investor/seller interest, influencer commentary, reviews, news, and competitor activity. • Engage online community; respond promptly to comments and messages. • Manage reputation on review sites (e.g., TrustPilot). • Support creation and scheduling of engaging content. • Aid in planning and launching social media ad campaigns and promotions. • Analyze data and metrics to identify improvement opportunities. • Stay current on best practices, trends, and emerging technologies. • Collaborate closely with marketing to maintain brand coherence.
